Design Thinking Process I Use
1 Empathise:
Understand user needs and challenges through interviews, surveys, and observations to gain insights into their experiences and perspectives.
2 Define:
Analyse collected data to identify key user problems, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
4 Prototype:
Prototypes take various forms, ranging from low-fidelity wireframes to high-fidelity interactive mockups. The goal is to quickly test and iterate on different design concepts to gather feedback and refine the solutions.
5 Test:
Evaluate prototypes with users through testing and feedback to refine and improve the design before final implementation.
3 Ideate:
Generate diverse solutions through brainstorming, mind mapping, and sketching to address defined user problems.

Focusing on creating a user-centric digital platform that improves access to the Institute’s rich philosophical content, with the aim of building an inclusive, engaging, and intellectually enriching experience for a broad audience. Contributed to the design of the Centenary pages to help users better understand the Institute’s history, values, and philosophical mission.
